About Us

	Lynne Rontti, Executive Director: Lynne’s extensive experience in Long Term Care, Dementia Care, Home Health Care, and Management provides her with versatile skills and a unique approach to leadership. She has been a nurse for 16 years and in 2010 she became the Executive Director here at Nature Coast Lodge where she continues to further her career and knowledge of working with the elderly. Lynne feels very lucky to be a part of a community where each day is filled with new stories, adventures and memories from the residents. She would like you to know that her door is always open to our residents and their family members.

	Mary Feder, our Dining Services Director, has been with us for over 8 years! A certified dietary manager with over 30 years experience in the food service industry, Mary oversees all aspects of our dining services. From food production to restaurant style service in our two fine dining rooms, Mary and her staff makes sure each resident enjoys a nutritious and delicious dining experience.

	Mandi Quizon, Activity Director: Mandi has been with Nature Coast Lodge for 8 years in which time she has obtained her Activity Director training and Core Certification. She originally hales from Chicago where she started in the Long Term Care field in 1995. Mandi loves the challenges of the activity department and is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to entertain and motivate our residents. Her motto for activities is “Celebrate Everything!”

	Nichole Clark, our Business Office Director, has been in the health care field for 4 years. A fresh face at the Lodge, she is energetic and enthusiastic and enjoys working with current and prospective residents and their families. She’ll be happy to show you around our beautiful building and introduce you to all that the Lodge has to offer

	Chris Brenneis is the Plant Service Director here at Nature Coast Lodge. Chris and his staff are always willing to do whatever it takes to keep our building and grounds beautiful. Chris is quick to respond to our residents whether they have a serious maintenance issue or they just need a helping hand!

	Lauretta Thunell, Resident Care Director: Lauretta has been a member of the Nature Coast Lodge team for more than 7 years. She has 44 years of experience in the health care field and holds a degree in Health Administration. Lauretta’s continual dedication to our residents makes her a successful Resident Care Director. She is always available to answer questions or provide assistance to residents and family members.
